We provide much information on this website, but moving on to a next stage sometimes requires just that bit of extra information and confidence.
In this section we tell you more about ourselves and answer a host of frequently asked questions. You can also read about the experiences of previous clients on the 'Success stories' page.
How our clients function better following treatment is the most important outcome of our work and this is normally difficult to translate into numbers. However, we do recognise the importance of properly conducted scientific research and we publish our own research and that of other reputable sources on our 'Research' page.
You may also want to check out what the national media have said about our work, which we publish with website links on our 'Media coverage' page.
If you are ready to take a next step, we can recommend that you attend one of our Open House events, where you will receive a good overview of the work that we do and where you can meet us and ask any questions you may have. It's for free and there is absolutely no obligation.
If you are seeking in-depth knowledge about our work and wish to apply that for yourself, with your children or those you care for or in any other professional capacity, then our Training courses may be the most appropriate next step to take.
If you have questions you want answered, require further guidance, or feel that you are ready to book an appointment for an assessment, than simply contact us – we're here to be of assistance to you.
If you are the carer of a person with difficulties or if you have difficulties yourself, in the first instance look after yourself. Only if your batteries are fully charged, can you give your best to resolve situations. Actively plan a short period each day just for you. Do something different and just for yourself. There is no need to feel guilty as it will be in the best interest of everyone – a true win-win situation.
Start each day with a clear purpose and with positive thoughts. Imagine how fulfilled and good you will feel by the end of the day, having skillfully navigated through all the challenges of that day. Before sleeping reflect on all the achievements of the day and programme yourself to come up with creative practical solutions during your sleep for any outstanding challenges.
Live life as fully as possible and be passionate about whatever you choose to do. Only you choose how to live your life and only you can make that difference.
