SenseAbility – a gift to your child

A Sensory Development Programme.

A one-day practical course for parents, carers and health and educational professionals that will show you how to help your child reach their full potential, eliminating possible learning difficulties even before they emerge.

This groundbreaking course is based on more than ten years of therapeutic work with children and adults with learning and sensory difficulties and incorporates the latest findings in these fields. You will gain a comprehensive understanding of how the five direct senses, the balance / vestibular mechanism, the proprioceptive system and the reflexes impact on healthy child development; learn how to evaluate and track progress yourself; have all the tools to implement an effective home programme to support your child in their further development and learning. The suggested activities and included materials are suitable for children aged three to early teens.

"EASIE" One-Day Course for Teachers, Carers and Parents of School Starters

A one-day practical course for teachers, carers and parents that will show you how you can prepare your child for learning and eliminate possible learning difficulties even before they emerge.

When used in school or at home with children aged three to seven the carefully prepared series of simple exercises, songs, music and other learning activities will prepare them for further development and learning.

This groundbreaking one-day course will ensure your child will achieve to its full potential. The EASIE (Exercise and Sound in Education) programme draws on extensive knowledge of physical and neurological child development stages and clinical experience in the field of specific learning difficulties. You will learn about the purpose and implementation of each exercise and will receive an extensive manual and audio CD covering all activities, aims, objectives and – for teachers – even complete lesson plans conforming to National Curriculum requirements.

In-house Practitioner Training

We provide in-house practitioner training programmes for a small number of highly dedicated people with academic qualifications and practical experience in associated fields. The programmes include formal in-house training, external training and work experience and are aimed at attaining internal or external recognised qualifications. Attendance of some of the above stated courses is normally a prerequisite to be considered for an in-house training place.
